How to modify a reservation (changing date and time)
– Go to tickets.fenimorefarm.org and log into your account. (Your account was made when you originally purchased your tickets. If you don’t remember your log in, click “Forgot password” and follow the instructions.
– Once logged in, click on “Account” in the upper right corner and then click on “My Reservations” in the drop-down menu.
– In the list, find the reservation you’d like to modify and click “View.” This will bring you to the “Payment and Final Review” page.
– Down the page, under “Activity Details,” click on the word “Edit” next to the date. This opens the calendar view.
– Select your new date and time – then click “Next.”
– As you can see, there is no amount due if your quantity stays the same. You won’t be charged unless you add more tickets to your reservation.
– Follow the prompts to complete your reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you accept.
