Discover Beer Flavor: Hops and Brewing
Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
During this workshop participants will learn the origins of flavor in beer, including influences from raw materials and brewing techniques, and also to identify common flavors found in beer. We will taste and compare unadulterated and "spiked" beers, and learn about off-flavor causes and preventative measures. This workshop is ideal for homebrewers, beer industry professionals, and individuals looking to successfully master beer exams or certifications. This 3-hour workshop will use non-alcoholic beer.
