Family Tour

The Family Tour 
Wednesdays (through September 5) from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:30-3:00 p.m.
Saturdays (through September 1) from 12:45-2:00 p.m.

Come discover the life of families in 1845 in our new action-packed tour! From the schoolhouse to the farmyard, with stops in several of our buildings, follow a series of games and hands-on activities to find out about learning, playing, and working in the 19th century. Celebrate the completion of all the tasks with a free ride on the Empire State Carousel!

Accounts Payable Associate

Fenimore Art Museum and The Farmers’ Museum are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Associate. Duties include processing the weekly check run; managing vendor files; communicating with vendors and staff; maintaining the fixed assets ledger; and preparation of 1099s, credit applications and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a busy environment; be highly organized and efficient; be a team player; communicate clearly and professionally and have earned a minimum of an Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration.
