Wednesday, March 16 • 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm) The Farmers' Museum and Otsego 200 have partnered together again to sponsor the Food and Farm Series. A special panel discussion will be held following each film featuring Garet Livermore (Vice President for Education at The Farmers' Museum), Ellen Pope (Otsego 2000 Executive Director), and a special guest relating to the film. What type of young person chooses farming as a profession today? The Greenhorns documentary film explores the lives of America's young farming community - its spirit, practices, and needs. It is the filmmaker's hope that by broadcasting the stories and voices of these young farmers, we can build the case for those considering a career in agriculture - to embolden them, to entice them, and to recruit them into farming. Admission is free. Featured:
