A Week at the Crossroads

The Farmers' Museum

New this summer at The Farmers' Museum is A Week at the Crossroads, a weeklong experience where kids ages 9-12 will delve into farm and village life circa 1845. From caring for animals to working on trades, children will participate in hands-on activities that will make them feel like they are living life 100 years ago. Other activities include open hearth cooking, daily craft activities, nature walks, and even a 19th century game of baseball!

Students should bring a brown bag lunch to the program; snacks and drinks will be provided daily. The fee for A Week at the Crossroads is $200 non-members/$175 NYSHA members. Class size is limited, so early registration is encouraged;please call Sarah Loveland at (607) 547-1414 for reservations and information
