Americana Academy Workshop: Open Hearth Cooking

Learn how to cook a delicious meal on an open fire, using all natural ingredients! Whether you want to be able to cook at home or out camping, these valuable skills will delight the taste buds of your family or guests! Peel, chop and slice the ingredients yourself before cooking it together and, of course, sharing the meal at the end. You will be amazed how simple delicious food can be!

Class Fee: Members $50, Non-members $60, Juniors (12-16) $40. All ingredients included.
