Americana Academy Workshop: Letterpress Printing

Discover the art of letterpress printing and print your own text on one of our antique presses! Experience the meditative process of type-setting your favorite poem or short text, using one of our hundreds of typefaces, ornaments and illustrations. You can also make your own card, invitation, stationery or poster, all while you learn from our master printer about the different kinds of type and the history of the written word.

Duration: 4 hours

Location: Middlefield Printing Office

Class Fee: Members $40, Non-members $50, Juniors (12-16) $30. All materials (up to 20 cards) included.
