The Crossroads Village and Lippitt Farmstead

Historic villages and farms have long been part of the American landscape. The Farmers' Museum provides a glimpse into the past through the Crossroads Village and the Lippitt Farmstead. The Village Crossroads includes a working blacksmith shop, a tavern and a general store. The working farm consists of the main house, outbuildings, crops and heritage breed animals. These buildings are representative of villages and farms found in upstate New York in the 1840s.
